Do I get a trial period?

Yes, indeed! Every erplain sign-up comes with a 14 days trial period on any plan.

Are there any discounts?

Heck yes there are! If you choose a yearly plan, you will save 20% just for paying up front.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, it is fantastically easy to upgrade or downgrade your plan, anytime you need to.

What if I want to cancel my account?

We’d be sad to see you leave – inconsolable, really - but we’re all about freedom at erplain so we let you cancel or suspend your account at any time. If you decide to cancel and delete your account, all your data will be removed from our servers but you can export your data into spreadsheet-compatible formats on your way out. Like a good friend, we might not agree with all of your decisions, but we’ve still got your back.

Can I have additional users?

Absolutely! You can add as many users as you need. Simply log in to your account and go to settings. Each additional user is charged $15/month in the Business and First plans and $10/month in the Premium plan.

What about the support?

More than you’d ever dare dream of! All of our plans come with FREE support. Our plans give you access to our support by chat, email, and phone. We also have a wealth of documentation and tutorials to help you along the way.

Are there any fees to get started?

No way! None of our plans contain any hidden setup fees - we made sure there would be nothing to stop you from giving erplain a try.

Do I need to give you my credit card number to sign up?

No, you don't need a credit card to sign-up for the trial. After your trial, only our paid plans require your credit card number.

What do I need to run erplain?

Nothing! Actually, you do need a device that connects to the internet. Beyond that, though, you don’t need to install anything, you don’t require a fancy computer to run the software, and you’ll never have to do any maintenance or backing up. It’s that simple!

How does the order limit work?

An order is a transaction with a customer (Estimate, Sales Order or Invoice) or a supplier (Purchase Order).  Of course, for one sale that includes an Estimate and/or a Sales Order and/or an Invoice, it counts as one order. You can have more than 1,000 orders per month. Additional orders above 500 or 1,000 depending on your plan, are charged $25/month in increments of 500 orders.
