You can cancel or suspend your Erplain account at any time because we believe in giving you the freedom to manage your business as you see fit. In the event that you choose to delete your account, we will remove all your data from our servers. However, you can export your data into spreadsheet-compatible formats before leaving.

Absolutely! You can add as many users as you need. Simply log in to your account and go to settings. Each additional user is charged between $5/month and $15/month, depending on your plan.

An order is a transaction with a customer (Estimate, Sales Order or Invoice) or a supplier (Purchase Order).  Of course, for one sale that includes an Estimate and/or a Sales Order and/or an Invoice, it counts as one order.
