Can I manage subscriptions in Erplain?
Yes. Erplain lets you create subscriptions for one or several customers, with recurring products or services, billing intervals, and a defined number of cycles.
Does Erplain automatically generate subscription invoices?
Once the subscription is saved, Erplain automatically generates a new invoice based on the selected period: days, weeks, months, or years.
Can I include physical products in a subscription?
You can include physical products in a subscription. Erplain can also automatically create shipping orders at each cycle to help track shipments.
Can I add a customer to an active subscription?
Yes. If you add a customer to an active subscription, you can choose to wait until the next billing cycle or bill them immediately on a prorated basis for the current cycle.
What is MRR?
MRR, or monthly recurring revenue, is the amount of revenue generated each month by your active subscriptions. It helps you track recurring revenue over time and better manage a subscription-based model.
It should not be confused with ARR, which stands for annual recurring revenue. MRR gives you a monthly view, while ARR estimates recurring revenue over a year.
